Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Launch Execution

- Own end-to-end launch management for new client sites, cafeterias, food courts, micro-markets, and technology deployments.
- Develop detailed launch plans, timelines, milestones, and readiness checklists.
- Coordinate activities across Operations, Culinary, Procurement, Technology, Finance, HR, and Vendor partners.
- Ensure all launch deliverables are completed before go-live.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact during the pre-launch and launch phases.
- Conduct regular status reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage expectations, communicate risks proactively, and drive issue resolution.
- Ensure a seamless transition from launch phase to business-as-usual operations.

Operational Readiness

- Validate site readiness, infrastructure setup, equipment installation, staffing plans, inventory availability, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate training programs for on-site teams before launch.




- Conduct readiness assessments and launch audits.

Technology Deployment

- Partner with product and technology teams to ensure successful deployment of SmartQ solutions.
- Validate POS systems, ordering platforms, kiosks, vending technology, payment integrations, and reporting systems.
- Coordinate testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance activities.

Risk & Issue Management

- Identify potential launch risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Escalate critical issues and drive cross-functional resolution.
- Track launch metrics and post-launch stabilization activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, implementation, launch management, hospitality, food services, or related domains.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and execution capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively based on business requirements.
