We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant to support Workday implementation and enhancement projects. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR, Finance, and technical teams to gather requirements, configure Workday solutions, perform testing, and provide post-go-live support.Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure and maintain Workday modules such as:
- Core HCM
- Recruiting
- Compensation
- Talent & Performance
- Absence Management
- Payroll
- Benefits
- Financial Management
- Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Design and document functional specifications.
- Configure business processes, security roles, reports, and dashboards.
- Support data conversion, validation, and migration activities.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot Workday issues.
- Collaborate with integration and technical teams on inbound/outbound interfaces.
- Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training.
- Ensure compliance with Workday best practices and governance standards.
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Workday functional modules.
- Experience with Workday Business Process Framework.
- Understanding of Workday security concepts.
- Experience creating custom reports and calculated fields.
- Knowledge of Workday releases and feature adoption.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Requirement gathering and business analysis expertise.
- Testing and defect management experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, Finance, or related field.
- 6+ years of ERP/HCM consulting experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience.
- Workday certifications in one or more modules preferred.
- Experience in at least one full Workday implementation cycle.
