We are seeking an experienced(3-5 years), certified SAFe Scrum Master to lead, coach, and facilitate high-performing Agile teams within our Agile Release Train (ART). In this role, you will be more than a traditional Scrum Master; you will be a servant leader and change agent embedded in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. You will champion Protected principles, drive relentless improvement, eliminate impediments, and foster data-driven delivery to ensure your teams successfully deliver value aligned with corporate strategic themes and value streams.
