Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Tax Representative 2 to support US Payroll Tax Operations. The ideal candidate will manage payroll tax notices, communicate with tax agencies, support payroll tax compliance, and ensure timely resolution of payroll tax-related issues for multiple US clients.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in US Payroll Tax, Payroll Compliance, HRO, PEO, or Payroll Processing environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and manage IRS and State Tax notices
- Log, categorize and assign agency correspondence
- Research payroll tax issues and provide resolutions
- Respond to payroll tax notices and audit requests
- Coordinate with payroll teams and clients
- Communicate with regulatory agencies when required
- Support internal and external clients through email and phone
- Maintain payroll tax documentation
- Recommend process improvements




- Ensure compliance with Federal and State Payroll Tax regulations

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of Payroll experience
- Experience in US Payroll Tax preferred
