About the Project:
The project focuses on developing AI-powered Testing Automation tools and an OCR-based Test Automation platform. Responsibilities include designing and developing scalable AI solutions, Agentic workflows, MCP integrations, OCR capabilities, APIs, and automation tooling for enterprise software testing.

PrimeSoft is seeking a Senior AI Tool Development Engineer with experience in building AI-enabled developer tools and platforms. Robust expertise in Python, FastAPI, AI Agentic Frameworks, MCP, OCR, and software engineering is required. Knowledge of the software testing and automation domain is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop AI-powered testing and automation tools, OCR tools, and intelligent agents.

- Build OCR-based UI test automation capabilities for desktop and web applications.

- Design scalable architectures and REST APIs using FastAPI

- Develop AI Agentic workflows and MCP integrations.

- Optimize AI tool performance, accuracy, and usability.

- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies,



including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and client demos.

- Collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality results within project timelines.

- The selected candidate shall independently own the design and development of AI-based tools and platform components.

Mandatory Skills:

- 68 years of experience in Python software development.

- Strong experience with FastAPI.

- Hands-on experience with AI Agentic Frameworks and MCP.

- Experience building OCR-based tools and solutions.

- Experience in developing software test automation frameworks.

- Experience with Git and CI/CD.

- Experience in test automation using SmartBear TestComplete.

Additional (Optional) Skills:

- Experience with LLMs and AI frameworks (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)

- Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
