Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tekla Modeler with experience in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D models, preparing fabrication and erection drawings, generating material reports, and coordinating with design, production, and project teams to ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed 3D models of PEB steel structures using Tekla Structures .
- Prepare General Arrangement (GA), shop, fabrication, erection, assembly, and part drawings .
- Prepare connection details as per approved design drawings.
- Generate Bill of Materials (BOM), Material Take-Off (MTO), bolt lists, and CNC files .
- Review architectural and structural drawings before modelling.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, checkers, production, and project teams to resolve technical queries.




- Update models and drawings based on client comments and design revisions.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, fabrication practices, and project specifications.
- Perform self-checks to ensure accuracy and quality before submission.
- Maintain revision records and project documentation.

Required Skills

- Proficient in Tekla Structures (Modeling Detailing).
- Good understanding of PEB structural systems and steel detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes and erection methodology.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD .
- Knowledge of steel connections and detailing standards.
- Understanding of BOM generation and material reports.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under project deadlines.
