Role & responsibilities

Experience with Servicenow Agentic AI, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, or AI-driven workflow automation is a plus.

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development across multiple modules.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and related technologies.
- Extensive experience with UI Builder and Workspace development, including creating and customizing modern user experiences.
- Strong front-end development experience in Service Portal, including widget development, scripting, and UI customization.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes), Flow Designer, and platform best practices.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver high-quality solutions in a rapid-paced environment.
- Exposure to Generative AI / AI-enabled solutions within ServiceNow or enterprise platforms.
- Experience with Agentic AI, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, or AI-driven workflow automation is a plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale implementations and agile delivery methodologies
