Role & responsibilities

- Lead Conversion: Convert Home loan and mortatage leads in to field appointments, ensuring a smooth transition through out the process.

- End-to-End management: Over see the entire process of converting Home loan and mortgage leads in to loan disbursals, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with banks and NBFcs , collabrating closely to streamline loan processing and resolve any issues promptly.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates should posses a minimum of 1 Year of experience in Home loans and mortgage operations.

- Meet with loan applicants to understand their requirement, collect necessary information , and guide them through the loan application process

- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stake holders.

- Proficiency in analyzing financial data and interpreting complex loan documents
