JOB PROFILE FOR Sr. Executive / Asst . Manager

Designation and Department - Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager Engineering Qualifications - Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation Outside

Experience - 8- 12 Years Experience in Pharma / Food (Pharma Is Preferable )

Job Responsibilities:

1. To monitor and make ready of all the equipments, in process maintenance & utilities water system, HVAC system, DG set, Boiler, Sub Stn , Hot & Cold-Water systems Chillers, ETP STP etc. so as to have minimum down time due to breakdown.

1. Maintaining the Firefighting system (Fire Extinguishers, Fire Hydrant System, Fire Sprinklers), Fire prevention system and Fire protection systems (Fire Alarm System) in valuable working conditions. Conducting Fire Extinguisher demonstration, fire hydrant drills and mock drills in coordination with clients

1. EHS as a coordinator.
Coordination & Implementation of safety procedures and practices, EHS SOP's, Manuals, BCP, On/off Site Emergency plan, Evacuation route maps, Water balance, Monthly MIS, Environment report, Monthly analysis report, Environment Compliance reports.

1. To review the quality system document and to carry out preventive maintenance of equipments timely as per schedule.

To carry out the breakdown maintenance for all equipments in production, Primary and secondary packing along with Utilities.

1. To carry qualification / validation and calibration studies for technical and maintenance support.

1. To prepare of critical spare parts list and physical stock taking of Engg. store and responsible for inventory monitoring system.

1. To monitor the proper handling and performance of all the equipments. Updating the daily utility consumption & setting benchmark

1. To check & ensure that all the maintenance documents and records are completed online.

1. Supporting project activity to execute new equipment installations or any changes in the facility.

1. Handling & managing materials movement, manpower, shifts & leaves

1. Coordinating, following & completing day to day QMS activity belongs to
Engineering dept . To be part of all technical and SOP training related to maintenance
activities

1. Management of Hazardous and Non-hazardous waste.

1. Reporting of Incident/First Aid/Accident/Near Miss.

1. Any other tasks as assigned by the Head of the Department
