We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely closure of client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.
Prepare proposals, agreements, and business reports.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Good understanding of B2B sales and client relationship management.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of recruitment, staffing, or HR services will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Fresher to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment Sales, Staffing Sales, or Corporate Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
