Role Summary:
We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to manage secure CI/CD, deployment governance, cloud security automation, vulnerability scanning, and secrets management
across our SaaS platforms. The role will work closely with Engineering, Cloud, and InfoSec teams to ensure secure and reliable software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage GitLab CI/CD and Auto DevOps pipelines.
- Implement and maintain secure CI/CD templates and pipeline standards.
- Configure SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, container scanning, and secretdetection.
- Enforce secure deployment controls across AWS and GCP.
- Support secrets management using AWS Secrets Manager, GCP Secret Manager, or similar tools.
- Manage container security, image scanning, and deployment approval controls.
- Work with Engineering teams to ensure security checks are built into the delivery process.
- Maintain audit evidence for deployments, approvals, scans, and release controls.
- Automate security and compliance controls without slowing product delivery.

Required Experience:

- 4 7 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or Platform Engineering.




- Mandatory experience working in a SaaS or cloud product environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, GitLab Auto DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Experience with AWS and/or GCP.
- Robust understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and cloud security.
- Prior fintech, banking, payments, or regulated industry experience is preferred but
not mandatory.

Ideal Candidate:
A hands-on DevSecOps engineer from a strong SaaS/cloud product background who can secure CI/CD, standardize deployment controls, automate security checks, and support cloud security governance across multiple platforms.

Mandatory Experience Requirement
SAAS Experience Mandatory , 4-7 years of experience , Fintech / Bank experience preferred
