We are looking for a technical lead to architect and oversee building of Fintech products. Technical lead responsibilities include delivering on the product strategy and
priorities, evaluating ideas, creating, and communicating software development roadmap, gathering requirements, designing, and ensuring timely delivery with respective technical team, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints. To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify company s product needs and work with cross functional teams to manage product releases. Ultimately, you ll help us roll-out products that deliver our company s vision.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with a globally distributed team to design, code and test robust scalable components.
- Collaborate with the team and develop the fintech product as per the functional and technical specifications that describe the implementation of the companys Fintech services.
- Collaborate with a User Experience Designer to prepare wireframes or mock-ups of a prototype of the platform and services.
- Develop using the defined software development methodology and maintain the product.
- Respond to the infield issues and provide fixes as per the SLA defined.
- Use best practices for the selected framework and come up with design for the requirement before the development.
- Take part in product support, bug triaging, and bug fixing activities to ensure the service meets its SLA commitments.
- Serve as source of technical expertise to a project team and as a mentor of junior staff members
- Collaborate during the quality assurance process, including integration and system testing.




- Monitor application performance and review any application failures in staging or production. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices.
- Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across all the products involved
- Collaborate with the system infrastructure team for the deployment through CI/CD.
- Perform code reviews.
- Consistently apply forward thinking software design, implementation and test principles
- Act as role model for communication, professionalism, and technical excellence across all levels of the organization

Education & Skills

- Bachelors degree / Master s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
- 7-8 years of experience in secure software development within enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in coding with Nodejs / Nestjs , React , JQuery along with MySQL and MongoDB database
- Strong expertise on developing web apis and contracts.
- Experience in using AI agents is preferred.
- Hands on experience with Docker and CI/CD as well as developing applications using distributed microservices architecture within cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS
- Has experience working in a product for a financial institution or a fintech company.
- Solid understanding of security , resilience , scalability and performance best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior engineers
