We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Delivery Lead with expertise in Angular, MySQL, and Node.js to oversee and drive the successful delivery of technology projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices and architectural principles are followed.
- Project Delivery: Oversee end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Solution Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance, and secure applications using Angular, MySQL, and Node.js.
- Code Review & Quality Assurance: Enforce code quality, conduct reviews, and implement automated testing frameworks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Agile & DevOps Implementation: Promote agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment.
- Risk Management: Identify technical risks, dependencies, and potential blockers while proactively addressing them.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Performance Optimization:



Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and security.
- Innovation: Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to existing processes and technology stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years leading technology teams.
- Expertise in Angular, MySQL, and Node.js, with hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and database design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Trello).
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
- Ability to mentor and upskill junior developers and drive a culture of innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, and/or enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with serverless computing and API gateways.
- Certifications in cloud computing, project management, or Agile frameworks.
