Job Description Store Manager / GDM / RGM
Role Purpose:
Responsible for overall restaurant operations, delivering excellent guest experience, and leading the team in a safe and high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction
- Lead, train, and develop team members as per brand standards
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns effectively
- Drive sales through in-store initiatives and local marketing
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and team performance
- Monitor P&L;, control costs, and improve profitability
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate (Hotel Management preferred)
- Min 2-10 years of experience in QSR (Managerial role)
- Solid communication, team management & problem-solving skills
- Result-oriented with a hands-on approach
