1. Design, implement, and maintain scalable back-end solutions using industry best practices, ensuring high performance and reliability.

3. Develop and optimize data integration workflows, ensuring seamless connectivity between diverse systems and platforms.
4. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold coding standards for maintainability and security.
5. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging strong analytical and debugging skills.
6. Contribute to the design and implementation of distributed architectures, focusing on scalability, fault tolerance, and high availability.
7. Ensure compliance with security best practices, data privacy regulations, and organizational policies.
8. Document technical designs, workflows, and integration processes clearly and thoroughly for knowledge sharing and future reference.
9. Demonstrate effective communication skills, articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills & Knowledge

Mandatory Skills

1. Hands-on experience with Jitterbit Harmony Platform and Jitterbit Studio for designing, developing, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining enterprise integration solutions.
2. Solid experience building and managing integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, WSDL,



and various authentication mechanisms including OAuth2, JWT, and API Keys.
3. Expertise in designing data mappings, transformations, orchestration workflows, error handling, scheduling, and automation using Jitterbit.
4. Experience integrating enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or other ERP/CRM platforms.
5. Strong knowledge of relational databases, including MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL, with expertise in SQL, stored procedures, query optimization, and data migration.
6. Experience using Jitterbit API Manager, Cloud Studio, and Data Loader for API management, cloud integrations, and bulk data processing.
7. Experience testing and troubleshooting integrations using Postman, logs, monitoring tools, and root cause analysis techniques.
8. Knowledge of integration design patterns, ETL concepts, data synchronization, and best practices for scalable and reliable enterprise integrations.
9. Experience working with Git and CI/CD tools for source code management, deployment, and release management.
10. Ability to prepare technical documentation, integration design documents, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer documentation.
11. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management,



and mentoring skills with the ability to guide junior developers and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Good to Have Skills

1. Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot for developing or supporting integration services.
2. Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and their integration services.
3. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and basic Kubernetes deployment concepts.
4. Familiarity with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, or Azure Service Bus.
5. Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
6. Understanding of API lifecycle management, API gateways, versioning, throttling, and API security best practices.
7. Exposure to scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript for automation and integration support.
8. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise software development lifecycle practices.
9. Relevant Jitterbit certifications or experience working with other integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or Talend.

Experience

1. Years of experience 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in back-end development and integration.
2. Education qualification – Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
