Job Title: ODS Developer (ETL / Oracle PL/SQL)

Location: Offshore - Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ODS (Operational Data Store) Developer with solid expertise in ETL Development, Oracle PL/SQL, and Data Engineering to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale ODS and ETL solutions for high-volume data processing in banking, telecom, or other enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Operational Data Store (ODS) solutions.
- Develop, enhance, and support ETL workflows using enterprise ETL tools.
- Build and optimize Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and complex SQL queries.
- Design and maintain batch and real-time data integration pipelines.
- Integrate data from multiple enterprise source systems into ODS platforms.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and exception handling.
- Monitor ETL jobs and resolve production issues while meeting SLA requirements.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for production incidents.
- Optimize ETL jobs, SQL queries, and database performance.
- Participate in production deployments, environment setup, and release activities.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, ETL design documents, and operational runbooks.

Preferred Qualifications

- Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
- Telecom domain experience.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale ODS or Data Warehouse platforms.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with high-volume, mission-critical production environments.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
