Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for HR and Admin, Warehousing, Logistics, IT, Finance, retail and Service.
2. Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, RFx, negotiation, and contracting.
3. Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and service excellence.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business and operational objectives.
5. Drive cost optimization through strategic sourcing and process improvements.
6. Ensure supplier compliance, governance, and contract performance.
7. Monitor market trends and procurement KPIs to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. 10+ years of experience in indirect procurement with at least 5 years in Warehousing & Logistics, Administrative & Facility Services purchase roles.
2. Robust background in Mobile, Consumer Electronics, or FMCG industry.
4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, vendor management and analytical skills.
5. Proven experience in driving customer loyalty and community growth programs.
