Design, develop and maintain marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC).

* Configure and customize ACC components including schemas, forms, input forms, workflows, typologies, delivery templates and folders.

* Develop and maintain campaign workflows for customer journeys, segmentation, targeting and campaign execution.

* Build and manage recipient data models, custom schemas and database extensions.

* Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Web Services and file-based integrations.

* Configure data imports, exports and ETL processes.

* Develop JavaScript within ACC workflows and custom activities where required.

* Troubleshoot campaign execution, delivery issues, workflow failures and platform performance.

* Perform unit testing, deployment support and production issue resolution.

Required Skills

* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC).

* Strong experience in ACC Schemas, Workflows, Typology Rules, Delivery Templates, Input Forms,



Web Applications and Campaign Configuration.

* Experience designing and extending recipient schemas, custom data models and database structures.

* Strong knowledge of JavaScript, SQL and XML.

* Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Web Services and external system integrations.

* Experience with data imports, exports, file transfer activities and ETL processes.

* Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills within Adobe Campaign Classic.

* Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

* Exposure to Adobe Campaign v8 is an advantage.

* Experience working with Banking or Financial Services clients.

* Adobe Campaign certification is preferred.
