About the job:

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating IT projects across our organization. To do this successfully, this person should feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.

Responsibilities:

- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Assist in stakeholder analysis, engagement planning, and communication.
- Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, and timelines, ensuring updates are shared with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and prepare reports on status, risks, and issues for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain constructive relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Manage and maintain project management platforms, to track project progress, status updates, and status of deliverables.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and presentations, ensuring timely distribution of agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports,



and risk logs, in accordance with PMO governance frameworks.
- Identify and escalate project risks and assist in implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
- Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, project team members and vendors to ensure effective communication.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to learn, unlearn and relearn.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- 4-8 years of experience in project coordination and agile project management, scrum master or a related role preferred.
- Bachelor's degree with MBA preferred.
