About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely feedback from interviewers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist with offer rollout, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain employer branding standards.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing strategies,



and the IT job market.
- Required Skills

- Basic understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Positive knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and terminology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS tools is an added advantage.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Monster is preferred.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in IT recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
