Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in KR Pete, Mysuru for an Assistant Store Manager at Bazaarnow. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, managing inventory, optimizing store functions, and addressing customer concerns to enhance the overall experience. Collaboration with team members and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment are essential to this role.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure an excellent experience for all customers

Manage shifts, attendance, rosters and leaves for the in store workers.

Store Management expertise,



including inventory management and staff supervision, to maintain operational efficiency

Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with store team members

Proficiency in Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize inventory shrinkage and ensure store security

Previous experience in a retail or store management role is preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt to challenges as they arise

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional certifications in retail management being an advantage
