This role is for a Lead Software Engineer PeopleSoft HCM with 7+ years of experience. This position focuses on PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and is intended for a senior-level, techno-functional professional who can work independently, lead technical discussions, interact directly with clients, and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle. The candidate is expected to participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, implementation, technical reviews, production support, and mentoring, while serving as an Individual Contributor (IC).

They should also have at least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences and have completed 3 projects involving the mandatory HCM modules.
