- Proficiency in Scrum.
- Strong knowledge of agile software development principles and practices.
- Experience in managing software development lifecycles using Scrum frameworks.
- Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Skilled in fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Competence in tracking and reporting project progress using agile tools and metrics.
