1. This position will be dedicated to supporting the customers with application training of TRUPCR assays, and will include on-site off-site training troubleshooting, demos, and other pre- and post-sale technical support in the assigned territory
Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Complement Sales team for pre- and post-sales support activities by providing deep technical expertise. This will include responding to customer requests for technical support, giving technical seminars, performing product demonstrations, providing on-sitein-lab support or off-sitevirtual support troubleshooting issues related to user s technical skills, software and instruments.
2. Provide knowledge and customer feedback to RD team for the continuous improvement of products
3. Draft detailed technical protocolsreports from customer interactions
4. Contribute to applications data and collateral generation by liaising with RD and marketing
5. Develop and support customers
6. Complaint handling escalated by Sales team
7. Enhancing feedback from the customers
8. Manage post-marketing surveillance
9. Assist the marketing team with conduction of CMEs, Road Shows,
Kit demonstrations, participation in regional conferences etc
Desired Profile:
1. Bachelors or Masters in Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Biotechnology),
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Real Time PCR workflow in Diagnostic Lab Setup.
3. Proven ability to build mutually beneficial, personable, trusting relationships with customers
4. Good English communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbalwritten communications skills and attention to detail are required
5. Robust problem solving and analytical skills
6. Ability to work well within a global, cross functional team
7. Must be willing and able to work flexible hours to accommodate client schedules
8. Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
