Lead complete plant engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency.

Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for all production equipment and utilities.

Oversee plant utilities including HVAC, Water Systems, Air Compressors, BMS, Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation systems.

Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring equipment failures.

Lead installation, commissioning, and qualification of recent equipment and plant expansion projects.
Review engineering documents including P&IDs;, layouts, piping isometrics, and technical specifications.

Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Validation, EHS,



and Procurement teams for uninterrupted plant operations.
Manage engineering documentation, spare parts inventory, vendor development, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
Lead and mentor the engineering team while driving continuous improvement initiatives, cost optimization, and energy-saving projects.
Candidate Profile:

Qualification & Experience required:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering.
8-12 years of experience in Engineering & Maintenance within the Pharmaceutical.
