Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Human Resources Executive to support our HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.




- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Support payroll by providing accurate employee information.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
