We are looking for an experienced Manager Design to lead and manage design planning for large-scale township projects including residential and commercial developments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring design excellence, regulatory compliance, and alignment with project vision while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for township projects (residential & commercial).
- Develop master plans, layouts, and design strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and authority approvals.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
- Optimize space planning, usability, and aesthetics across projects.
- Drive innovation in urban design, sustainability, and infrastructure planning.
- Monitor design timelines and ensure on-time delivery of design milestones.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the design team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture / Urban Planning / Design
- 8–12 years of experience in township / large-scale real estate projects
- Strong portfolio in residential and commercial developments
- Experience working with developers, consultants, and government authorities
Required Skills
- Township planning & urban design expertise
- Strong knowledge of development control regulations (DCR)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and design tools
