JD Requirement:

Key Responsibilities

- Support development of regression-based models to analyze relationships between business drivers and outcomes (e.g., pricing, promotions, media impact)
- Perform data preparation, cleaning, and exploratory analysis
- Assist in model validation and diagnostics, ensuring models meet statistical and business requirements
- Help identify and troubleshoot modeling challenges (e.g., multicollinearity, variable selection)
- Create basic visualizations and dashboards to communicate results
- Translate analytical outputs into clear summaries for stakeholders
- Collaborate with senior analysts, data scientists, and business partners on project delivery

Qualifications

- Masters degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (internships, academic projects, or entry-level roles)

- Strong academic or project experience with statistical methods

Technical Skills

- Foundational understanding of:
- Linear regression and basic statistical concepts
- Data analysis and hypothesis testing

- Working knowledge of:

- Python or R (preferred)
- SQL or Excel for data handling

- Exposure to:

- Data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau)
- Handling structured datasets

Business & Soft Skills

- Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Basic understanding of how analytics supports business decision-making
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-based environment
