IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone who:

veteran telecom software architect with 10+ years of hands-on experience in 5G wireless infrastructure development.

They are a dual expert: highly proficient in low-level, high-performance C++ object-oriented programming,



while simultaneously possessing deep domain authority in network management frameworks like NETCONF/YANG (ConfD/Netopeer).

This individual bridges the gap between cellular hardware stacks and upper-layer management systems, meaning they have a proven track record of handling real-time gNB telemetry such as high-throughput KPIs, complex fault alarms, and dynamic stack configurations without introducing latency .

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

serving as a Lead OAM Architect or Principal Software Engineer responsible for designing and driving the end-to-end Operations, Administration, and Maintenance (OAM) architecture for 5G gNodeB (gNB) stacks. You will lead the high-performance Object-Oriented Design and implementation of core FCAPS frameworks in C++, with a dedicated focus on Fault, Configuration, and Performance Management. Key responsibilities include architecting scalable YANG data models, integrating robust NETCONF-based OAM solutions utilizing ConfD or Netopeer, and managing complex telecommunications telemetry such as KPIs, real-time alarms, and faults reported by the stack.
