Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop functional specifications.
- Design, implement, and test Workday solutions to meet business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday implementation.
- Develop and maintain documentation of Workday configurations and processes.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.

Job Requirements

- Experience working with Workday HCM, preferably in a consulting role.
- Strong knowledge of Workday features such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Perks, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning, and Analytics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
