What you'll do
- Process property preservation work orders end-to-end in our in-house platform (the fastest tooling in this industry built by us)
- Review field crew photos and identify property damages (roof, plumbing, debris, lawn, winterization and more)
- Write accurate bids and invoices with measurements, justifications and pricing
- Update and submit orders on US national portals (MCS, Safeguard, Guardian, Cyprexx and others)
- Meet a 24-hour turnaround on every order — speed and accuracy are the job
Must-haves
- Strong written English — you'll write bid justifications US reviewers read every day
- Sharp eye for detail — you can study photos and spot what's wrong at a property
- Comfortable working night shift from home with a reliable computer + internet
- Basic Excel / web application skills
Big plus
- Experience with US property preservation (Pruvan, PPW, or national portals like MCS, Safeguard, Cyprexx, Guardian)
- Bidding tools: RepairBase, BlueBook, Xactimate
- Photo review / estimation / mortgage field services background
