About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher to teach students in Classes 3 6. The ideal candidate will build robust foundational mathematical concepts while fostering logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The teacher should create an engaging, student-centered learning environment that aligns with the CBSE curriculum and promotes confidence in Mathematics.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Teach key mathematical concepts including number systems, arithmetic, geometry, fractions, decimals, measurement, data handling, algebraic thinking, and problem-solving.
- Encourage logical reasoning, critical thinking, and real-life application of mathematical concepts.
- Design and administer formative and summative assessments.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Identify students requiring additional academic support and implement appropriate intervention plans.
- Organize and support Mathematics-related activities such as quizzes, Olympiads, STEM initiatives, exhibitions,



and mathematics clubs.
- Participate in school events, assemblies, parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary learning experiences and improve student outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Mathematics or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the CBSE Mathematics curriculum for upper primary classes.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Minimum 3 5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE or reputed school.
- Experience teaching upper primary classes (Classes 3 6) is preferred.
