- 3+ years of Workday configuration experience, with a focus on Workday Advantages.
- Hands-on experience with benefits programs (health, welfare, retirement), including plan design, eligibility rules, rates, and event processing.
- Strong knowledge of Workday business process configuration, condition rules, and calculated fields.
- Familiarity with vendor file integrations, including troubleshooting data transmission errors.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical solutions clearly. Preferred
- Workday Pro certification in Benefits.
- Experience configuring other Workday modules (Absence, Advanced Compensation, or Expense).
- Exposure to multi-country benefit plan setup.
- Experience with the Workday integration framework
