- Design, build and manage hybrid infrastructure architectures spanning on-premises data centers and public cloud platforms.

- Lead infrastructure modernization and migration initiatives, including assessments, planning, and execution oversight.
- Architect robust solutions across compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and enterprise security best practices.
- Implement and govern IaC and automation using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and VMware Aria Automation.
- Define and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity architectures aligned to RPO/RTO requirements.
- Support pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, solution design, cost estimations, and client workshops.
- Evaluate and manage partnerships with cloud providers, OEMs, and technology vendors to support validation, capability expansion, and GTM alignment.
- Develop and maintain accelerators, templates, frameworks, and pricing packages to strengthen practice offerings.
- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, enabling capability development, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Certifications :

- AWS/Azure/GCP - Architect or SysOps.
- VMware - VCP-DCV.
- Kubernetes - CKA or CKAD.

Primary Skills :

- 10+ years of experience designing and implementing hybrid infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Proven experience executing on-prem to cloud migrations, including re-hosting, re-platforming, and hybrid connectivity.
- Strong hands-on expertise in the VMware ecosystem (vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, NSX) and core enterprise infrastructure components (compute, storage, networking).




- Strong understanding of infrastructure security, identity management, and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).
- Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Proficiency in IaC and automation using Terraform, Ansible, and VMware Aria Automation, with ability to integrate IaC into DevOps workflows.
- Experience designing and maintaining backup, DR, and high-availability architectures aligned with RPO/RTO principles.
- Hands-on exposure to monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk).
- Strong consulting and client engagement capabilities, assessments, solution presentations, and executive discussions.
- Experience in pre-sales, solution design, RFP responses, and deal support.
- Experience in assessing and managing partnerships with OEMs, cloud providers, and technology vendors for solution alignment and capability enhancement.
- Ability to mentor teams, drive capability development, and support creation of strategic practice assets.

Secondary Skills :

- Experience with core enterprise services such as Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, and related identity and access services.
- Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL practices, incident/change management, and enterprise service operations.
- Robust analytical, documentation, and presentation capabilities for both technical and leadership audiences.
