SUMMARY:

TheNetwork Quality Assurance Engineerwillsupport a large team ofnetwork engineers and technical project managers driving a largenetwork technology refresh program for a major global bank. This fast-paced, globalprogram willbring the banks enterprise office networks toa state-of-the-art architecture for many thousands of employeeslocated in larger offices around the world.Asan expert in network operationsand compliance to standards,thisspecialist will work closely with deployment engineers during thereplacement of thousands of network devices, focusing on theaccuracy of managementsystems,inventory, anddevice attributes.Theideal candidate isobsessed with quality,organized, and comfortableworking with wide variety of stakeholdersin a largeenterprise andhas a strong foundation inenterprise network technologiessuch as switches, WLAN, routers and firewallsand their managementsystems.

PRIMARY DUTIESinclude butare notlimited to:

- Verify that all required tools, systems, and artifactssuch as monitoring systems and CMDBare updated correctly following network conversions or migrations.

- Confirm data accuracy, configuration completeness, and alignment with quality standards.

- Track open gaps or discrepancies and follow up with owners to ensure timely remediation.

- Confirm that corrective actions are completed and documented.

- Serve as the primary daytime contact for questions, issues, and clarifications related to tool updates and conversion quality.





- Resolve or escalate issues promptly to prevent workflow delays.

- Maintain a daily defect log capturing issues, owners, remediation status, and closure timelines.

- PerformQA on equipment documentation to ensure equipment is staged properly prior to shipment

- Ensure that IPAMand NAC requests are submitted and approved in time for scheduled changes

- MonitorJIRAfor timely updates

- Supportchange managers in monitoring compliancewithService Now changerequests, checking for proper templates and detail

- Support Project Managers as needed updating project documentation,workflows, etc.

COMPETENCIES:

- Expertise innetwork device attributes includinghardware,AAA settings, ACLs, and IP addressing

- Have network operations/audit mindset, laser-focusedonaccuracy and timely system updates

- Excellent organizational skills,attention to detail and multitaskingability

- Strongwritten and verbal communications skills

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

- The ability to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to deadlines

- The ability to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage ones time

REQUIREDEDUCATION EXPERIENCEREQUIRED:

- 5 years hands-on experience configuring a variety of network devices

- Proven work experiencesupporting networknetwork refreshandOS/configurationremediation

- Cisco CCNA or equivalent certifications from Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto or Arista. CCNP desired.

- Experience with NAC,IPAM,network monitoring, and configuration management systems

- Experiencewithchange management, incident management, andCMDBs such as Service Now

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office(Excel in particular).JIRA experience preferred

- Bachelor''s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: Most work can be performed during daytime hours in country,withsomeparticipation in meetings during off-hoursas required by the project.

TRAVEL: Remote
