Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and components.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Issue materials to production and other departments as per requirements.
- Prepare component kits based on BOMs and production schedules.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment activities.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and traceability of materials.
- Maintain store documentation, GRNs, stock registers, and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for smooth material flow.
- Follow safety, quality, and ESD handling procedures for electronic components.

Qualifications & Skills:

- ITI/ Diploma in Electronics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in stores, procurement, or component kitting.
- Knowledge of inventory control and stock management practices.
- Familiarity with electronic components is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/inventory management systems.
- Positive organizational and communication skills.
