Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Capability Development

- Partner with business leaders to identify current and future capability requirements.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and build annual learning roadmaps aligned to organizational goals.
- Develop role-based learning journeys and competency development frameworks.

Learning Design & Facilitation

- Design and develop technical, sales, leadership, managerial, and behavioral learning programs.
- Create learning content, facilitator guides, assessments, case studies, and learning toolkits.
- Facilitate workshops and learning interventions across employee segments.
- Leverage classroom, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning methodologies.

Program Management

- Manage end-to-end execution of learning initiatives, certification programs, academies, and leadership development interventions.
- Coordinate with business leaders, subject matter experts, OEM partners, external trainers, and learning vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery, governance, and adoption of learning programs.

Talent & Leadership Development

- Support competency mapping, career architecture, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Drive Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and high-potential talent development programs.

Learning Analytics & ROI

- Track learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, dashboards, and business impact metrics.
- Measure capability improvement, certification outcomes, productivity gains, and learning ROI.
- Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

- MBA / PGDM in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related disciplines.

Experience

- 8 12 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organization Development, or Capability Building roles.
- Experience designing and facilitating both technical and behavioral learning programs.
- Exposure to competency frameworks, leadership development, and talent management practices.
- Experience in Technology, IT Services, Distribution, SaaS, Consulting, or related industries preferred.
