Compensation
- CTC: 4.5 LPA to 5.5 LPA
- In-Hand Salary: 33,000/month to 38,000/month
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome
- Minimum 1 year of experience (for experienced candidates)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Graduates (10+2+3) preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in English i
- Resolve customer queries related to banking and financial services
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
