As part of our business expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic, self-driven, and ambitious business development executives for major district headquarters across Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, and Haryana. We are seeking individuals who are eager to build a long-term career in B2B technology sales and are passionate about developing strong customer relationships and driving business growth.

Freshers will be assigned product portfolios based on their educational background, aptitude, and business requirements to ensure effective learning and career development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Identify prospective customers in government, education, healthcare, corporate, and industrial sectors.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand customer requirements and present suitable technology solutions.
- Promote the companys portfolio, including IT infrastructure, CCTV surveillance, fire alarm systems, access control, networking, EPABX, and office automation solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals in coordination with the technical team.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.

Candidate Profile

- B. Tech in Electronic & Communication or Electrical or MBA in Sales & Marketing.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is required.
- A two-four-wheeler and laptop are preferred.
