Receive booking requests from sales/clients and confirm pickup details
Create LR/GR, e-way bills, invoices, and other shipping docs
Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and pickup scheduling
Track all shipments daily till POD is received
Share loading instructions, vehicle details with vendors
Follow up for timely pickup, transit updates, and delivery
Handle claims for damages, delays, or misrouting
Share pickup/delivery status updates with clients
Computer knowledge.
