Role & responsibilities

- Build and manage robust relationships with existing partners and generate repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities through outbound calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
- Promote and sell GST Registration, GST Return Filing, ITR Filing, Accounting, Company Registration, and other financial services.
- Conduct daily sales calls, understand customer requirements, handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- Consistently achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and activity targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely onboarding and smooth service delivery.
- Build long-term client relationships by providing excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Regularly follow up with existing customers to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Share daily activity reports and participate in sales review meetings with the management.
- Stay updated with GST, Income Tax,



Company Registration, and other business compliance services to confidently advise clients.
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach at all times.
- Take complete ownership of assigned sales targets and contribute towards the company's overall business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a disciplined, target-driven and professional sales executive with strong B2B sales and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in tele sales/inside sales, confidence in handling customer objections, and the ability to close deals over calls. Experience in GST, Income Tax, Accounting, Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, SaaS or Consulting will be preferred. Candidates with a stable work history, positive attitude, and long-term career mindset will be given preference.
