About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic and driven Graduate Engineer Trainees (Manufacturing) to join our manufacturing team and contribute to building world-class electric two-wheelers. As a GET, you'll gain hands-on exposure to production operations, assembly processes, quality systems, manufacturing excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who are passionate about manufacturing, automation, and the future of electric mobility.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

- Support day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Assist in assembly line operations while ensuring adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor manufacturing parameters and help improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Participate in implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Production Planning teams to resolve production issues.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for production-related issues.
- Support process documentation, work instructions, and production reports.
- Monitor machine utilization, downtime, and production losses while identifying improvement opportunities.




- Learn and support manufacturing processes for EV components, battery packs, motor assemblies, and vehicle assembly.
- Maintain workplace discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards across the production floor.
- Participate in new product introduction (NPI), pilot builds, and process validation activities.

Who We're Looking For (Requirements)

- B.E./B.tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in Production or Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and quality fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, or Six Sigma is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of production planning, process flow, and industrial engineering concepts.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings, GD&T;, and manufacturing documentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts based on business requirements.
- Robust communication, teamwork, and learning mindset.
- Passion for automobiles, manufacturing excellence, and electric mobility.
