Role & Responsibilities for Developer & Sr Developer role.

1) ABAP on HANA Engineering

- Design and develop ABAP solutions optimized for SAP HANA using pushdown principles (minimize data movement, maximize in database processing).
- Build efficient data models and access patterns using CDS views, associations, annotations, and authorization concepts.
- Implement performance critical logic using AMDP / SQLScript where appropriate, with careful governance and testing.

2) Up-to-date ABAP Development & Clean Design

- Develop modular, testable, and maintainable ABAP code aligned to clean architecture practices and enterprise SDLC.
- Build services and APIs using modern paradigms (OData/service exposure patterns), ensuring stability, versioning,



and contract-first behavior.
- Apply secure coding standards and authorization checks consistently across data and service layers.
- Design, develop, test, and implement SAP ABAP solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
- Work on SAP S/4HANA and ABAP on HANA development.
- Develop and optimize CDS Views, AMDP, OData services, and database procedures.
- Work with BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDOCs, and other SAP integration technologies.
- Analyze technical requirements and prepare technical specifications.
- Perform debugging, performance tuning, unit testing, and issue resolution.
