Role & responsibilities :

Skills :

- Working knowledge of residential township/Institutional/commercial(High rise, Low rise Building) (HVAC, DG, Firefighting, Panels, transformers, Cables, CCTV, LT, HT, UCB, LBS, Feeder Panel, Meter Panel)
- Identification of Electrical material & Specification as per CPWD norms and IS codes.

Role and Responsibilities

- Execution of sites electrical requirement such as power generation, transmission & distribution
- Maintaining & servicing of electrical equipment/panels such as HVAC, Transformers, DG set, CCTVs
- To assist electrical service engineer in preparing load Calculation and DG Fuel Consumption
- Optimizing load distribution and routes as per project drawing
- Verification of Material received at site as per PO, CPWD norms & IS codes.
- Ensure coordinated service plan & drawings with other services & execution as well.
- Day to day execution & supervision of electrical work as per drawing
- Coordination with Purchase,



Inventory, Planning department regularly.
- Raise purchase requisition for electrical item required at site
