Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan production activities to meet customer requirements and company objectives.
- Oversee daily production planning, ensuring effective use of resources and manpower.
- Coordinate shift planning, scheduling, and execution to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Monitor shop floor control systems to ensure smooth operation and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels, material procurement, and quality control processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in Production Management or related field (Pharma API).
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of PPC, Shift Planning, Daily Production Planning, Production Supervising, Manpower Handling skills.
