- Prepare and maintain product-wise standard costing and cost sheets.
- Analyze raw material, labor, and overhead costs.
- Monitor manufacturing variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform monthly cost analysis and prepare MIS reports.
- Calculate inventory valuation and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Review Bills of Materials (BOM) and routing costs.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual cost planning.
- Analyze production efficiencies and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Finance teams for cost control initiatives.
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing related to costing.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Generate profitability reports by product, customer, and business segment.
- Work on ERP systems for costing, inventory, and reporting.
