Key Role and responsibilities-
1.Define Process sequence of Stamping Parts.
2. Define Process parameters for Primary and Secondary process ( Vibro/Shot blasting/ Surface coating/HT/Oiling).
3.Tryout support for PPAP Samples& process capability study
4.Support to Production, Quality and QMS.
5.Data Managements, Like Process capability, Part cost, etc
6.Plant Machine layout and Lean manufacturing system.
Competencies Required-
1.Basic Stamping Process Equipment knowledge
2.Basic Stamping Tool design and Tooling Manufacturing skill.
3.Secondary Process knowledge of Stamped part- Like Vibro,Shot blasting, Phosphating, Washing and Oiling.
4.Cad Knowledge
5.SPC skill
6.Data Managements.
7.Problem Solving
8.GD & T
9.Communication Skills.
Relevant 3 to 5 Year Experience in advance level of Tool room and Part Tryout.
