Duties & Responsibilities

Maintaining Record:-

- Responsible for fire and safety related issues.
- Taking note of the fire Hazards in the mall including outlets.
- Looking after the deployments, bill & payments of Fire agency.

Training to Staff:

- Arranging training (Fire classes, Bomb threat & Evacuation Mock-drill) classes for staff.
- Deployments in fire system or in training.
- Educating the guards regarding security & fire fighting.
- Checking of entire fire system and report to HOD on daily basis.
- Daily maintaining of the stock of the fire equipment.
- Reviews all system-related Fire & Safety plans throughout the organization.
- Ensure that the firefighting system is well managed any disfunctioning would be reported directly to the Manager-Security like fire system and alarms are always in working condition.
- Taking proper round to supervise as in no incident is reported in the Mall Premises.

Lost and Found and Scouting the VIP Guests: -

- Provide a protected & secured environment for guests, tenants & staffs.

Handling the parking problems, arranging the VIP escorting

- Responsible for the Security of Mall Property, staff Customers, Tenants & their belongings.
