Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic ITI Freshers/Apprentices to join our manufacturing team. The selected candidates will receive on-the-job training in production, machine operations, assembly, quality inspection, and maintenance while working in a modern bearing manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in production and assembly activities.
- Operate machines under the guidance of supervisors.
- Learn manufacturing processes, machine settings, and quality standards.
- Perform basic inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Gauges.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S practices in the work area.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
- Support preventive maintenance and routine production activities.
- Report any machine abnormalities or quality issues to supervisors.
- Participate in skill development and technical training programs. Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Willingness to learn machine operations.




- Understanding of engineering drawings (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Good discipline, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to build a career in manufacturing.

Candidate Profile

- Fresh ITI/Diploma pass-outs.
- Candidates looking to start their career in manufacturing.
- Willing to work in shifts, if required.
- Good learning ability and commitment to safety and quality.
- Physically fit to work in a factory environment.

Qualification

- ITI (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, Welder, Tool & Die Maker, Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance (MMTM), CNC Operator, Diesel Mechanic, Electronics Mechanic, or related trades)
- Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, or Metallurgical Engineering
- NCVT / SCVT Certified ITI
- Apprentices under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) or National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) are encouraged to apply.
