Role & responsibilities

- Lead the complete Quality Assurance Department and Quality Team.
- Develop and strengthen Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001).
- Drive Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) and Final Quality Assurance (FQA).
- Lead Customer Audits, Supplier Audits, Internal Audits and Certification Audits.
- Drive CAPA, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Improve Customer Satisfaction, Supplier Performance and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
- Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S and quality improvement projects.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Design, Purchase, Stores, PPC and Senior Management.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing Quality team.
- Candidates having experience in Railway Signalling, Electrical Equipment, Transformers, Battery Chargers,



Control Panels, Industrial Electronics or similar Engineering Manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Production or Industrial Engineering.
- 1220 years of Quality Assurance experience in Engineering Manufacturing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading a Quality function.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Hands-on experience in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, CAPA and RCA.
- Experience in Electrical Equipment, Railway, Electronics Manufacturing or Industrial Equipment industry preferred.
- Robust leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
